

Luna, supported by General José Alejandrino, wanted to wage war to gain independence for the Philippines. He also reminisced about the meeting with President Emilio Aguinaldo, Prime Minister Apolinario Mabini, and the whole Presidential Cabinet at Bulacan as they debated on whether the Americans were their allies or not in overthrowing the Spaniards rule in the Philippines. During the interview, Luna mentioned that he had asked his brother to design the Philippine Revolutionary Army's uniform and he himself paid for the expenses.
